Customer Support is a category that’s proven difficult for all brands but Nike, which earned a perfect score. Unfortunately for the Shine, its performance in this category left much to be desired – see the table below:

Like some manufacturers, Misfit Wearables has opted out of phone-based customer support. Foregoing this investment in infrastructure may be in keeping with the company’s phone-only console (there’s no Web site where you can check your stats), and the company’s target market may be perfectly OK with this minimalist approach.
